Admissions Outreach Coordinator

Job Profile -

• Responsible for calling leads for admission and following the process of updating the status
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
• Build a strong relationship / trust with students by understanding their requirements
• Explaining the course in detail, understanding the student requirements, and encouraging them to enroll in the course
• Coordination with the faculties and scheduling of sessions, sending the schedules to students and faculties, raising invoices, and following the system defined.
• Maintaining MIS and cost sheets as per the process.
• Address all the issues / grievances of students and provide the right guidance
• Capture the insights from students interactions and share them with the internal team in order to help with marketing and reaching out to major audiences.
