Process Mining Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support platform operations by handling incidents, service requests, and DevSecOps needs from sector teams.
• Perform ETL tasks and ensure proper administration of the process mining platform.
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain new and existing process mining models on the Celonis platform.
• Extract and model data to support effective dashboarding and visualization of process flows.
• Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to analyze the current ('as-is') process and gather requirements.
• Ensure compliance with change control processes when implementing modifications or enhancements.
• Work in an Agile (SAFe Agile) environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Regularly report progress, risks, and issues to technical leads.
• Support the integration of new features and technical capabilities on the platform.
