Role Overview :

The company is looking for a Head of Marketing with strong B2C experience to lead all marketing efforts focused on brand building and consumer acquisition. This leadership role involves shaping and executing the marketing strategy to establish a strong brand presence and drive growth in a competitive fintech market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to create a differentiated market presence.
• Lead consumer marketing initiatives aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social media, events, PR, and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and data teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership and investors.
