The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he / she entrusted with.

Responsibilities :

• Project location - Guwahati
• Lead and manage end-to-end design and delivery of application development projects.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Work closely with government stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes and manage expectations.
• Design and implement advanced data analytics models, dashboards and reporting systems.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to generate actionable insights for government programs.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and risk mitigation in a consulting environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy experts, domain consultants and technical architects.

Mandatory skill

sets :

Proven track record in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex deliverables in a consulting setup.

Preferred skill sets :

Experience working on government consulting projects (e-governance, public sector IT solutions, etc.).

Experience in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Familiarity with data science and machine learning techniques.

Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations relevant to government IT projects.

Exposure to RFP / RFQ processes and pre-sales activities in the public sector.
