Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission processes, and career paths.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or courses.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and admission drives.
  • Stay updated with the latest course offerings, industry trends, and admission guidelines.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling background preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, student support, or sales (preferably in the Education / EdTech sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
