Role Description

We are looking for an accomplished AWS Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of architecture design, delivery governance, and modernization programs across enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with extensive AWS project experience who is ready to step up into a broader leadership capacity- guiding teams, setting best practices and shaping our AWS practice.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Ownership : Lead the design of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS architectures for large transformation programs

Team Enablement : Work through and alongside a team of architects and engineers to drive successful delivery and reusability of design patterns.

Modernization Focus : Spearhead cloud-native initiatives, including containerization, microservices, and serverless architectures

Governance and Best Practices : Define and enforce standards for security, automation, operations and cloud economics

Client Advisory : Partner with CXOs and enterprise architects to translate business goals into impactful AWS solutions

Practice Growth : Contribute to the evolution of our AWS capability- from solution frameworks to delivery excellence.

Skills and Requirements

15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 10+ years in AWS architecture and delivery

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

Proven track record in leading end-to-end cloud transformation programs.

Expertise in secure-by-design architectures and compliance frameworks.

Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments is an advantage.

Ability to produce high-clarity architecture artifacts and executive-level proposals

Strong leadership and mentoring experience with engineering teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
