The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong engagement and retention
• Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calls, to convert leads and re-engage inactive clients
• Provide personalized support and tailored solutions to enhance the client experience
• Monitor trading activity, identify growth opportunities, and guide clients through the onboarding and funding process
• Report and reflect client needs and market feedback to management in a timely manner to help shape service offerings and align with market demand
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on key action items to ensure quality service
