Role Summary : We are seeking adynamic and results-oriented Ad Sales Managerto responsible for revenue generation forRepublic Bharat, our flagship Hindi news channel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in linear television ad sales, strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals across sectors such asreal estate, education, and Defense. Key Responsibilities : 1. Revenue Generation & Business Development Sell advertising formats including commercial spots, branded content, and Fixed Time Commercial (FTC) slots. Monetize channel IPs, special programming, and editorial integrations. Expand market reach in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through localized sales strategies. 2. Client & Agency Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and decision-makers.
