Google Ads Specialist

We pick up, wash, dry, fold, and deliver fresh laundry (in 24 hours), freeing our customers to focus on what matters most. The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge CleanLab’s growth across paid, owned, and earned channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage campaigns, track results, and experiment with new ideas to grow CleanLab’s customer base and brand awareness. The main focus is managing the digital ads so you need to be an expert in that. The budget for digital ads is small so creative solutions are required.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage paid media campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta, Display, etc.), optimizing for ROAS and conversions.

Track budgets, forecast spend, and report on performance weekly / monthly.

Manage CleanLab’s website analytics stack (GA4, GTM, GSC, Hotjar), driving CRO experiments and SEO improvements.

Next to that :

• Lead social presence (Instagram and new channels like Reddit) to build brand love and drive sign-ups.
• Spot growth opportunities and test new marketing channels.
• Support influencer partnerships, local collaborations, and PR efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign creation, reporting, and insights.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in paid media advertising and budget management.

Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making .

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

Creative eye and copywriting skills to keep messaging on-brand.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment.

Eager to experiment, learn, and continuously improve.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with CRO tools, Klaviyo or email automation, and influencer marketing.

Familiarity with Canva / Figma for light creative work.

Knowledge of A / B testing frameworks and growth hacking tactics.
