Responsibilities :

• Administer the Nexthink infrastructure by performing daily required maintenance activity per the Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Redefine and build processes for enhancing user experience using Nexthink.
• Work closely with Customer Service Desk and support engineers to facilitate more left shift using Nexthink available resources to identify issues and fix them.
• Work with stakeholders and finalize the format for dashboards.
• Have close interaction with enterprise architects to work on new additional modules of the Nexthink tool.
• Work closely with Customer in case of issues or tool upgrades.
• Review defined Nexthink support matrix and key performance indicators index and update as per environment need in accordance with the Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Manage Nexthink platform access, roles, and permissions
• Configure and maintain Nexthink Engine(s), Portal, and Collector deployments
• Monitor system health, connectivity, and data ingestion
• Deploy and configure Nexthink Collectors on endpoints
