The Role : Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, focusing on lead generation, client consultation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets for FMCG verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • B2C / B2B Sales Management.
  • Lead Generation and Management.
  • Client Relationship.
  • Channel Sales and Distribution.
  • E-Commerce and Market Analysis.
  • Developing Sales strategies and driving sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and generate leads
  • Prior experience in FMCG Sales sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Experience : Proven 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, or a target-driven B2C / B2B environment.
  • Education : A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation : Fluency in Hindi and English with strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Target-Driven : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales quotas.
  • Dual-Industry Agility : Ability to quickly understand and effectively sell different products / services across consumer goods markets.
  • Mindset : Highly self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and an excellent team player.
