Responsibilities

• Develop impactful designs and oversee the entire creative process – from concept to final artwork – according to given guidelines
• Design all visual aspects of the Busch Group brands (“Busch Vacuum Solutions”, “Pfeiffer Vacuum + Fab Solutions”) : from UX design for classic interfaces to motion graphics for video channels, as well as traditional print and editorial design – in line with brand specifications
• Maintain daily communication between the in-house design agency and local marketing teams across more than 40 subsidiaries worldwide
• Coordinate external service providers and creative partners
• Work in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards and apply LEAN methodology
• Accurately document all completed work and design activities
