Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Medical Affairs for Ophthalmology and Hospital Care. This role is critical in bridging clinical expertise, scientific knowledge, and strategic business objectives. The manager will oversee medical affairs activities, drive scientific engagement, and ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards while supporting product development and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage medical affairs initiatives in the Ophthalmology and Hospital Care segments.
• Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Serve as a medical / scientific resource for internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and relevant medical societies.
• Provide medical and scientific support for clinical trials, post-marketing studies, and publications.
• Review promotional materials and ensure medical and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver medical training programs to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze scientific literature, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
