Job description10–14 years in QA, with 3–5 years in a QA Manager / Lead role. Expertise in manual and automation testing (Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, etc.). Experience with Agile / Scrum, CI / CD, and tools like Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ISTQB / CSTE certification. Exposure to cloud, mobile, or performance testing.

We’re looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and mentor a team of 8 QA engineers, driving quality excellence across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 QA engineers (manual + automation).
- Define and implement QA strategy, test processes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Review and improve test automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Manage test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA delivery.
