Job Title : Full Stack Developer (FSD) – React.js

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in React.js and backend technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, API development, and working with messaging systems like Kafka. You will be responsible for building scalable, efficient, and robust applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js .
Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot .
Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging integration.
Manage and interact with databases including MongoDB and relational databases.
Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins .
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

Must-Have Qualifications :

6+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

Strong expertise in React.js (mandatory).

Proficient in Java , Spring Boot , and API development.

Experience with Kafka messaging systems.

Hands-on experience with databases including MongoDB .

Familiarity with Jenkins for build and deployment automation.

Strong understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.

Experience with containerization and cloud platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development processes.
