Senior Appian BPM Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the architecture and design of Appian solutions and related systems
• Develop custom Appian solutions based on business requirements
• Integrate Appian with other business systems as required using modern API and integration solutions
• Utilize the Appian AppMarket to recommend pre-built plug-ins and implement them when needed
• Design Appian architecture and dependencies for optimal performance
• Plan and strategize for Appian platform upgrades and how to incorporate new features into existing processes
• Document workflows and integration points post-project
• Complete code / peer review for other developers
• Identify performance improvement initiatives and execute on those recommendations
• Follow Scrum development methodologies closely
• Work with various team members to analyze requirements and translate those into Appian solutions
• Follow best practices for Appian platform development
• Prepare for and perform deployments and upgrades
• Perform automated regression and unit testing prior to release;
