We’re looking for a videographer who loves storytelling, understands culture, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Role Overview
As our Videographer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and producing high-impact video content that brings our brand to life across digital and social platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to strategize content that resonates with athletes, creators, and our growing community.
This role is perfect for someone with strong creative instincts, a hands-on approach, and a pulse on trends in sports, fashion, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and behind-the-scenes features.
- Produce short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website.
- Capture dynamic action shots, lifestyle visuals, and product-focused videos aligned with the brand identity.
Content Strategy & Ideation
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to build content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and develop storytelling concepts.Analyze trends and platform behaviors to propose fresh, engaging content strategies.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual direction.Production Management
Manage all video production logistics including location scouting, equipment setup, and coordinating talent.Maintain and organize all video assets, footage, and equipment.Help streamline production workflows for efficient, high-quality output.Requirements
2–4 years of experience in videography, content creation, or a similar role (preferably within fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands).Strong shooting and editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.Solid understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and motion.Experience crafting content for social platforms with an eye for viral storytelling.Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual style and brand storytelling.Basic photography skills are a plus.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with studio setups or product videography.Knowledge of color grading and motion graphics.A portfolio that showcases athletic or lifestyle content.Passion for sports, fitness, or streetwear culture.What We Offer
