Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Specialist role based in our New Delhi boutique. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of our product range, and fostering a welcoming and engaging store environment. The Retail Specialist will also play a key role in meeting sales targets and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and achieve goals
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge and understanding of fashion trends, especially sneakers
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an outstanding shopping experience
• Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with a diverse customer base
• Passion for sneakers and fashion, along with a proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
