Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

telecaller executive,

located in Bengaluru. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound enquiries, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments or bookings. And also maintaining accurate call records and updating customer information in the database.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues

Passion for travel and customer service

Basic computer knowledge
