Job Summary

The Tableau Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and data-driven Tableau dashboards to support business reporting and strategic decision-making. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data visualizations.

Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations from multiple data sources.

Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers.

Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy.

Provide user training and documentation.

Conduct data analysis to support business initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Online.

Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.

Experience with data warehouses, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Expertise in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
