🎯 Job Title : Sr Analyst / Manager (RTR Accountant – Oracle Fusion)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Record-to-Report (RTR) Accountant with 6-8 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a multinational company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing core accounting processes, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

🟥 NOTE : Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (General Ledger, ARCs, and EPM) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including :

Period-end close and journal entry posting

General Ledger (GL) Accounting in Oracle Fusion

Account Reconciliation Compliance (ARCs) process management

Exposure to Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) for reporting and consolidation

Fixed assets, payroll, lease, and intercompany accounting

Ensure all accounting activities comply with client-approved policies, GAAP, and local regulatory standards.

Utilize Oracle Fusion ERP and related tools to execute accounting transactions and reporting.

Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support month-end and year-end close processes within defined timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and desktop process notes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.

Proactively escalate issues or delays to management in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting within a multinational environment.

Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.

Mandatory :

Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL)

Working knowledge of ARCs (Account Reconciliation Compliance)

Exposure to Oracle EPM tools and reporting.

Familiarity with other ERP / finance systems (SAP, NetSuite, Workday, MS Dynamics 365, Blackline, Trintech) is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
