About the Opportunity

Virtual Building Studio (VBS) is a leading BIM outsourcing company delivering innovative Building Information Modeling solutions to clients across the globe. With expertise in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors, VBS partners with international firms to provide high-quality BIM services that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and project delivery.

We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking dynamic professionals who can drive international business growth and strengthen client relationships in USA market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Connect with international clients (USA) to build strong business relationships.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through multiple outreach channels.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored BIM service solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals / quotations that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM records and track business development progress.

Requirements :

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B International Sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills .
  • Understanding of pricing, quotations, and negotiation processes .
  • Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office .
  • Target-oriented mindset with strategic thinking .
