- Oversee the implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including onboarding, communication, and reward fulfillment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, digital) to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and motivate customers to participate in loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer and distributor behavior to refine program mechanics and improve ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Lead quarterly reviews and annual conventions to recognize top performers and gather feedback.
- Develop and manage the budget for loyalty programs, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing ROI.
- Stay updated on loyalty trends and competitor programs to ensure differentiation and relevance.
- Ensure all loyalty programs comply with relevant regulations and company Masters / bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably within the automotive or lubricants industry.
