Roles & Responsibilities
- Support content creation for product launches, campaigns, and customer-facing touchpoints—ranging from blogs and email copy to landing pages and feature explainers.
- Assist in organizing weekly community meetups—from shaping themes and logistics to gathering feedback and iterating on formats.
- Explore different storytelling formats, test messaging variations, and understand how content supports awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Use creative tools (and the occasional AI nudge) to improve both speed and quality in content creation.
- Help plan interviews with industry leaders and practitioners—those who closely align with our ideal users and customers—to bring fresh insights into the community.
- Contribute ideas for interactive experiences, giveaways, or new formats to keep our community engaged and ensure our meetups never feel repetitive.
- Stay updated on the latest video marketing trends and technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Familiarity with basic videography and editing knowledge earns brownie points.
- Review feedback from past events and suggest small but meaningful improvements that make a difference.ß
- Collaborate on social media content—from drafting posts to curating stories and visuals that showcase product updates, community moments, industry perspectives and reaching out to influencers.
- Help track what's working across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and bring new ideas to the table for growing our presence.
