Role : Senior Relationship Manager

Mutual Funds AssetPlus is an end-to-end platform for financial advisors and investors to scale businesses / manage investments digitally. The mutual fund industry in India has experienced significant growth in recent years, presenting a lucrative opportunity for professionals looking to make an impact in the financial services sector. As a Relationship Manager- Mutual Funds, you will be responsible for managing and driving business growth through Pan-Indian distributors, providing a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential and high-performing financial distribution partners.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring partners are aligned with growth objectives and maximizing their business potential.
  • Drive revenue and meet / exceed sales targets across financial products, including : Wealth Management : Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, NPS Insurance : Life and Health Insurance
  • Strategically grow Assets Under Management (AUM) from assigned partners.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to onboard external AUM from partner ecosystems. Conduct regular training sessions, product updates, and skill development workshops for partners.
  • Motivate and guide partners to enhance productivity and scale their operations.
  • Stay updated on product innovations, market trends, and economic insights.
  • Regularly share actionable intelligence and market commentary with partners to aid in their business decisions and client engagement.
  • Implement and follow a structured inbound sales process
  • Take end-to-end ownership of partner success and be accountable for delivering business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, operations) to resolve partner issues and enhance service delivery.

Suitable candidate profile

∙ Candidates with sales acumen

∙ Sales experience preferably in Banking / Mutual Funds / AMC / Fin-tech

∙ Spoken proficiency in Hindi is mandatory

∙ Understanding financial products is ideal
