Role Description

The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting research, and managing daily operations. Additionally, the Co-Founder will be instrumental in securing investments, building partnerships, and ensuring the company's growth and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

We are inviting a Business Head or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join us as a strategic Co-Founder in our rapidly growing insurance broking and fintech venture .

Who We’re Looking For A sales-driven leader with entrepreneurial passion and a proven record of delivering business growth in insurance or BFSI, who can :

Drive growth across Life, Health & General Insurance verticals

Build and lead a high-performance sales and marketing network

Develop corporate & retail acquisition strategies

Forge alliances with insurers, corporates, and digital platforms

Lead branding, product innovation, and Insure-Tech adoption

Requirements 10+ years of experience in BFSI / Insurance

Aware about startups / scaling model and long term association

Proven success in sales leadership, business generation & team building

Strong understanding of insurance product mix & distribution models

Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to invest and co-create value

Strategic thinking backed by operational execution capability
