Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Connect with interested online leads received through our platform.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Update lead status, maintain call logs, and report daily progress.
• Understand customer needs and guide them about company products / services.
