Patient / Customer Care
- Provide expert consultation and manage all pediatric patients with guidance from senior consultants.
- Ensure proper attention to patients and their attendants.
- Be proactive in patient care by planning and anticipating needs.
- Handle patient complaint redressal effectively.
Job Knowledge
Stay updated with the latest research, developments, and techniques in pediatrics.Process Orientation / Documentation
Conduct and supervise all tests and procedures related to pediatrics.Generate reports on tests / procedures performed (including operation notes and discharge summaries).Ensure wards and O.T. rooms have necessary equipment and facilities for patient care as per availability.Supervise nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff to maintain discipline and high medical care standards.Provision infrastructure and maintenance support.Ensure optimum utilization of resources by self and subordinates.Have complete orientation of QMS (Quality Management System) and EMS (Environmental Management System).Be fully aware of the hospital's Disaster Management Programme (DMP).Comply with service quality processes, environmental & occupational policies, and patient safety policies.People Orientation
Coordinate with Head of Department on all related matters.Collaborate with the team for the development of newer facilities.Participate in all regular Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions.Cost & Revenue
Select the type and nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured.Discipline
Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and practices.Skills Required
