Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Account Management : Oversee full account operations including coordination, scheduling, certificate preparation, log maintenance, invoicing, and payment tracking to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Local Product Compliance Coordination : Manage local product compliance activities (SLCP, FEM, SMETA, BSCI, C-TPAT, Sodexo), including portal and EAOL management, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Conduct NPS (Net Promoter Score) and integrity calls to collect feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Financial Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents such as invoices, payment logs, and compliance certificates, ensuring timely reporting.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements in account and compliance management to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with financial and regulatory requirements.
