Senior Executive-AO&CS in the role of Ramp Safety, Gurgaon

Job Summary

The Data Analyst – Ground Safety will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting safety-related data to support risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Ramp Safety vertical. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making to enhance operational safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management :
• Gather and maintain safety-related data from various internal and external sources (e.g., incident reports, audits, inspections, operational logs).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Data Analysis & Reporting :
• Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in safety data to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and regular reports for leadership and operational teams.
• Support root cause analysis and safety investigations with data insights.
• Performance Monitoring :
• Track key safety performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to improve safety outcomes and reduce incidents.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Work with Ground Operations, Safety, Compliance, and Training teams to align data insights with operational strategies.
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement :
• Recommend improvements to data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
• Support automation and digitization initiatives for safety data management.
