Job Title : ServiceNow Architect - SPM / ITBM

Experience Required : 12 to 19 years

Location : Bangalore / Pune / Noida / Jaipur

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions focused on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Business Management (ITBM)
  • Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architecture
  • Architect and implement Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Delivery, Resource Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Technology Portfolio modules
  • Drive enterprise capability modeling and align IT investments with business outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model), platform governance, and CMDB strategy
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects and consultants
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM,

SecOps, HRSD, etc.)

  • Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization

    • Must-Have Skills :

  • 12-19 years of total IT experience with 46 years in a ServiceNow Architect role
  • Strong hands-on experience in SPM / ITBM modules : Demand, PPM, Resource, Agile Delivery
  • In-depth experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Business Capability Modeling
  • Proven track record in architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills

    • Good to Have Skills :

  • Knowledge of CSDM, CMDB structure, and data model alignment
  • Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd-party tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting environment (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
  • Exposure to ServiceNows Enterprise Architecture (EA) module, including Business Capability Mapping, Technology Portfolio, and Enterprise Planning is a plus
