Roles And Responsibilities

Document Management : Manage incoming / outgoing documents, assign IDs, maintain repository, control lifecycle.

Compliance & Quality : Ensure document compliance, maintain governance, and audit trails, manage quality records.

Coordination & Support : Consult with consultants / contractors, expedite reviews, assist in locating files.

Candidate Qualifications / Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

1-5 years of work experience in Document Control

SharePoint / Aconex / ProjectWise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location : Bengaluru / Mumbai
