We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong Workday expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of business analysis skills and technical proficiency, particularly in Workday integration technologies and cloud SaaS architecture. This role will focus on gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver seamless Workday integrations and system enhancements. The candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes, experience working with stakeholders, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday integrations and enhancements.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams to guide technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for Workday optimization and process improvements. Workday Integration & Technical Analysis
• Work closely with developers and Workday consultants to design, develop, and optimize Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday connectors, Document Transformation, and BIRT reports.
• Support the implementation and management of Workday API integrations (SOAP and REST), including third-party system connectivity (e.g., payroll).
• Conduct data mapping, validation, and transformation to support business needs and ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze Workday security, business processes, and reporting configurations, ensuring compliance with governance standards. Stakeholder Communication & Agile Collaboration
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Workday enhancements in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and validation.
• Assist in Workday change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and updates. Data Governance & System Optimization
• Ensure Workday integrations adhere to security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
• Conduct technical data analysis and troubleshooting for middleware and integration issues.
• Stay updated on Workday’s evolving integration capabilities, including Report as a Service (RaaS), Workday HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Security configurations.
