Role Overview :

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Consultant to help us accelerate user acquisition and retention across iOS and Android. You’ll own our growth funnel — from App Store Optimization to paid campaigns and content marketing — blending creativity with performance data to drive installs, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) – titles, screenshots, reviews, keywords, and conversion tracking.

Plan and manage TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns focused on installs and retention.

Develop AI-powered content marketing and ad creatives for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Build marketing automation funnels for user onboarding, reactivation, and referral loops.

Optimize performance through continuous testing — creatives, CTAs, audiences, and placements.

Collaborate with the product and content teams to align campaigns with feature releases.

Set up dashboards to track CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and organic growth metrics.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience scaling mobile apps (preferably consumer or content apps).

Strong grasp of ASO, paid social, and performance marketing .

Creative mindset with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Veo 3, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.).

Experience with marketing automation platforms (PostHog, OneSignal, or Airship).

Data-driven with a test-and-learn mentality.
