What you will do :
1. Improve WH Availability of SKUs
Key Tasks :

Improve WH SKU availability by identifying root causes, designing product / process fixes, and coordinating with procurement and category to prioritize ordering and resolve inwarding blockers.
Define and implement WH ordering processes, product flows, and a “Green Channel” with supply ops for faster inwarding of priority SKUs.
Track weekly WH fill rates, flag recurring gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure sustained supply readiness.
2. Hyperlocal Assortment design at a Pod-level
Key Tasks :
Use performance signals and strategic inputs to design localized pod assortments
Work with analytics and product team to track and review post-activation improvements in coverage, sell-through , availability and sell through
Identify pods / categories with unmet demand and align with product, demand planning and category teams and build in right processes to bridge the gaps
Desired Skills :
3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or the quick-commerce industry
MBA with strong advanced excel and SQL knowledge..
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong stakeholder management abilities and proven experience in effective cross-functional collaboration
