Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated experience in

SAP BASIS Administration

to design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and requirements. In this role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of SAP systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play an active role in providing solutions and driving key technical decisions across teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Act as a

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

in SAP BASIS Administration.

Design, build, and configure applications in accordance with business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and functional requirements.

Ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP environments.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Provide proactive solutions to technical issues for your team and across teams.

Support SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.

Lead and contribute to decision-making processes impacting application development.

Assist in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have :

Proficiency in

SAP BASIS Administration

Good-to-Have : Experience with

SAP HANA

Additional Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and infrastructure

Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis

Knowledge of SAP security, roles, and authorization concepts

Hands-on experience in SAP system lifecycle activities such as installations, upgrades, and patch management
