Newgen Technical Lead or Architect

Years of experience - 5+

Newgen Technical Architect :

Should have more than 12+ years of experience as an Architect on Enterprise content management and business process management systems with mandatory experience on Newgen platforms.

In-depth Knowledge on Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, OmniScan and LOS configurations and customizations

Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Newgen Platform and Newgen LOS based applications.

Extensive experience in Newgen LOS application with upstream and downstream integration via API.

Experience in configuring and customizing dashboards and reports.

Minimum 5+ Experience in leading large production support and enhancement projects on Newgen Platform.

Mandatory Experience in handling production support of Newgen LOS modules (Medium and Small Business, Personal Finance, Auto Lease / Auto Finance and Mortgage)

Should be able to provide estimates and timelines to customers for different incidents resolution, enhancement requests, monitor the project's progress, provide a regular status update to customer / internal stakeholders, and interact with customer for planning and resolution of various issues / requirements.

Extensive experience in MSSQL and Oracle Database.

Experience in coding standard, design standard, Git and branching strategies.

Experience in implementing Java based applications.

Experience in DevOps for Auto build deployment.

Experience in Agile project execution.

Strong communications skills with the demonstrated ability to engage with both business and technical customer staff

Should be capable of providing technical leadership to junior engineers in the team, suggest solutions and review their work.

Must have knowledge of ticketing tools

Experience in handling large and distributed team.
