We're looking for seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Specialists who bring strong expertise across multiple HCM modules and a proven track record in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and stakeholder management. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams and clients to design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that enable seamless workforce management from hire to retire. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery through hands-on configuration, process alignment, and continuous improvement of HCM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and participate in full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across multiple modules.

Partner with business and technical teams to translate HR processes into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labour, and Talent Management.

Develop functional design documentation (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and test scenarios for implementation and support projects.

Support integrations and extensions through collaboration with technical teams and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Utilize HDL, HSDL, OTBI, and Fast Formulas for efficient data management and reporting.

Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.

Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices across the HCM ecosystem.

What Makes You a Great Fit :

6–10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 end-to-end HCM implementations (at least 2 in Oracle HCM Cloud).

Deep functional and business process knowledge across the Hire-to-Retire cycle.

Expertise in one or more Oracle HCM modules : Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Security, or Recruiting.

Strong understanding of HCM data structures, integrations, and reporting tools.

Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and configuration tools within Oracle Fusion.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and project stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) in one or more functional modules.

Experience working with large-scale, global HCM implementations.

Exposure to SaaS Cloud extensions and third-party integrations.
