Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller located in the Mohali office. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and explaining company services, and gathering customer information. Tasks include maintaining records of calls and relevant customer details, following up on leads, and achieving set sales targets while effectively managing call lists.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience in cold calling and IT Industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to manage and maintain customer databases
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
