About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to join our growing team at InputZero Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation within the ITSM suite , and a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications .
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST / SOAP APIs .
• Support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, process owners, and business analysts.
• Maintain code quality, reusability, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
