Rather than writing a JD, I thought of sharing our thoughts.

At  Meritto , we’re building the Digital Backbone for Educational Organizations.

We’re the  category creators  and  market leaders  of a vertical SaaS and embedded payments platform for education - enabling institutions to drive growth, deepen engagement, and deliver seamless student experiences.

This journey started back in  2017 , when a young team came together with one mission - to digitally transform the education industry.Over the last eight years, we’ve seen our share of ups and downs, but one thing never changed :   our people . Almost everyone who joined us in those early years decided to stay, build, and grow with the company.

There’s a passion, a fire in our people to transform education.

We stay away from the noise and build with our heads down. Our true kick comes when our clients grow - because deep inside, we know :  if they grow, everyone in the company grows.

It’s a shared mission.

Our first campaign in 2017 was called  #Mission100Days  - when we had just one sales head, and we decided to hit 100 demos in 100 days. Anyone - from HR, Tech, QA, or Admin - could go out and give a demo. The goal wasn’t to win client, but to understand the market.

We ended at 74 - but that campaign set the culture that still drives us.

Today, we are a team of  400+ people , working across multiple offices, still carrying that same young, mission-driven energy.

And now, we need more hands and hearts.

We’re looking for a  People Head  who can help us scale our people the way we scale our clients. Someone who understands people deeply, has built and led HR - TA, operations,BP teams, thrives in emotionally connected environments, and brings at least a decade of hands-on experience and strong academic grounding.
