Fund Services. Senior Operations Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our Fund Services team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the timely production of daily deliverables and supporting the onboarding of new clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial services operations, a strong understanding of various financial products, and a commitment to process improvement and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery :
• Produce daily operational deliverables in line with client service level agreements (SLAs) .
• Support the conversion of new clients and existing migrations in line with our standard operating model.
• Configure and maintain interfaces used to capture transaction data.
• Issue Resolution & Process Improvement :
• Work with internal and external clients to resolve any open trade capture issues.
• Assist in verifying test results for all in-house system enhancements.
• Work with teams both inside and outside of Pre-Production to identify and implement process improvements .
• Team Support :
• Assist operations staff in resolving day-to-day issues.
• Coach junior staff to help them develop their skills.
• Participate in the daily handover of open tasks to ensure a seamless workflow.
