Platform Architect

Position : Platform Architect – Banking Applications

Experience : 10–15+ years (minimum 5 years as Solution Architect)

Location : India (Remote)

Domain : Banking / Financial Services / Fintech

📌Mandatory Skills :

✅Architecture Design : HLD / LLD, microservices, API-first, event-driven, cloud-native, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).

✅Integration & Middleware : IBM Integration Bus, IBM API Gateway, Kafka, MQ.

✅Cloud Platforms : Azure / AWS / GCP (hybrid integration knowledge).

✅Security : OAuth2, TLS, PKI, DLP; security & compliance in banking environments.

✅DevOps & CI / CD : Strong understanding of automation and deployment pipelines.

✅Frameworks : TOGAF or BIAN (certification preferred).

✅Banking Domain Expertise : Core Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Lending.

📌Key Responsibilities :

✅Review and design solution architectures (HLD / LLD) ensuring scalability, modularity, and compliance with enterprise standards.

✅Define reference architectures and best practices for core banking, lending, payments, and digital channels.

✅Drive application modernization from legacy monoliths to microservices and cloud-native platforms.

✅Ensure security-by-design, covering authentication, authorization, encryption, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).

✅Architect for resilience, performance, and scalability – including load balancing, DR / BCP, and HA.

✅Represent Application Architecture in governance forums and ensure adherence to EA principles.

✅Collaborate with business, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

✅Conduct PoCs and recommend emerging technologies aligned with cloud and enterprise strategy.

📌Qualifications :

✅Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

✅Certifications preferred : TOGAF, AWS / Azure Architect.

✅Proven experience in large-scale banking transformation programs.
