Procurement Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Co-ordinator to support purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and timely delivery follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, administrative skills, and experience in procurement or logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle assigned vendors and coordinate purchase orders.

Create POs and ensure accuracy of information.

Follow up on order confirmations and delivery timelines.

Maintain internal system notes and documentation.

Handle freight RFQs and select forwarders.

Process vendor and freight invoices.

Upload PO-related documents and support SOP compliance.

Requirements :

Graduate degree in any stream.

1+ year experience in procurement / back-office / logistics.

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

Good knowledge of MS Office & ERP (AX preferred).
