Job description

Job Title : Rust Developer (Backend)

Location : Remote

Work Hours : 1 PM – 10 PM IST (UK Shift)

About the Role :

We are looking for a mid to senior-level Rust Developer to join our team. This role is focused on backend development (not blockchain) , where you’ll be building and optimizing high-performance, scalable systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain backend services that power our applications.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Rust.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work with databases, caching, and distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in backend development with Rust.
  • Strong understanding of systems programming, concurrency, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
