Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams. The role also involves conducting market research, attending industry events, and preparing reports and presentations to support business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Experience in or knowledge of the industrial automation or valve manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
