Amazon Connect Integration & Testing Engineer
Cortex is looking for a talented and experienced Amazon Connect Integration & Testing Engineer to join our team. We're seeking a dedicated professional to lead the integration and testing of our cutting-edge voice and cloud solutions, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional quality for our clients. Job Responsibilities :
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for :
- Designing and Implementing Solutions : Architecting and implementing robust Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, queues, and user management.
- Integration : Performing complex integrations between Amazon Connect and other enterprise systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Voice CSM.
- Testing : Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of integrated solutions. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshooting : Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to Amazon Connect, AWS services, and third-party integrations.
- Scripting and Automation : Utilizing scripting languages like Python to automate testing processes and streamline deployment workflows.
- Monitoring and Maintenance : Using tools like Amazon CloudWatch to monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaboration : Working closely with development, product, and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Mentorship : Guiding and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills :
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the following technologies :
Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Connect's features, including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and security profiles.Experience with designing, building, and integrating conversational AI bots using Amazon Lex.Proven experience in integrating Amazon Connect with ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) platform, specifically for voice interactions.Solid understanding of core AWS services, including IAM, S3, and API Gateway.Proficiency in using CloudWatch for monitoring, logging, and alerting.Strong scripting and programming skills in Python for automation and AWS Lambda functions.AWS Lambda : Experience developing and deploying serverless functions using AWS Lambda.(ref : hirist.tech)
