We’re looking for a seasoned Bench Sales Leader with strong expertise in H1-B transfers and fresh H1-B marketing . This role involves end-to-end bench marketing, Tier-1 vendor & direct client management , rate negotiations, compliance oversight, and mentoring a small team of bench sales recruiters.

Key Skills Required :

✅ Strong understanding of the US IT market (W2 / C2C / 1099)

✅ Proven experience with H1-B, OPT / CPT & EAD handling

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
