Job description

Job Purpose : To drive the growth of Aditya Birla Money’s institutional business by acquiring new Institutional clients through enplanement leads, converting these opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships. The role ensures seamless onboarding, delivers exceptional client service and nurtures strong, lasting relationships with institutional clients. Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

New Institutional Clients enplanement

  • Drive new client enplanement by identifying, acquiring and converting institutional prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients to enhance engagement & retention

Existing Institutional Client relationship

  • Maintain and deepen long-term partnerships with existing institutional clients by understanding their investment objectives and evolving needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any support and service requirements, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address gaps to enhance client retention
  • Conduct regular reviews and meetings with key clients to strengthen engagement and build trust.
  • To reactivate dormant Institutions.

  • To engage and revive inactive / dormant Institutions with order flow / brokerage.
  • To continuously interact with the institutions with Research reports, new ideas and offerings.
