Cloud Migration Engineer - Azure Kubernetes Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Migration Engineer to join our team.

This is a critical role responsible for leading the migration of business-critical enterprise applications from our on-premises infrastructure to the Microsoft Azure Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java Spring Boot development, Microservices architecture, and deep expertise in Azure cloud services, with a specific focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

You will be a key player in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition, minimizing business disruption, and establishing a secure, scalable, and modern cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute the end-to-end migration of assigned enterprise applications from on-premises to the Azure Cloud within a scheduled timeframe.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for migrating Microservices applications to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures that meet enterprise-level requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps methodologies by designing and building robust CI / CD pipelines to streamline deployment and release processes.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies for all phases of the migration.
• Monitor post-migration application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system operations to ensure stability and efficiency on Azure.
